Get to Know Us
My name is Michael Sarah. I am the owner and operator of Greater Naples Pool Service LLC. With 25 Years of actual in-field experience, I am confident that I can provide you with solutions for your pool and pool equipment when there are issues.
Born and raised in Germantown, WI, I graduated from Germantown High School in 2000. After High School, I went onto college, finishing school with a BBA of Business Administration in 2007 and then an MBA from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, completing school in 2009.
A second job that I worked in the summer in Wisconsin since 1998, Pool Service became a full-time interest. In 2016 I started my first company, Suburban Pool and Spa LLC, operating out of Germantown, WI, which I still own and operate.
In January 2023 after working the previous three winters for a couple of the largest operations in Naples, from Marco Island to Port Royal to Bonita Bay to Quail West and most communities in between, I decided it was best to go my own route here too.

Routine Maintenance
At Greater Naples Pool Service LLC, we understand the importance of your pool working exactly the way it is supposed to when you are actually able to use it. To ensure that your pool is functioning properly, we offer an array of routine, scheduled, and impromptu service. Call for a one time service or to join our list of scheduled, routine maintenance clients. Heaters should be inspected and cleaned at least yearly. All check valves and actuators should be visually and operationally inspected. And the automation scheduling, settings, and functionality should be verified and fine-tuned every 6 months to 1 year.
Equipment Repair, Replacement, and Installation
We specialize in the repair and installation of pool equipment, including: automation, pumps, filters, heaters, sanitary systems, lights, blowers, and all things on your pool equipment pad. Whether you need a minor repair, such as the replacement of a check valve, an actuator, or a heater thermistor or stack flue sensor, we are stocked to replace the most commonly failing components. If you are in need of a complete equipment overhaul, or just the replacement of an individual component such as a pump or heater, we have decades long relationships with the most highly regarded manufacturers in the pool industry, as well as relations with distributors who stock the highest quaility goods and can source any needed equipment in a very short time frame. Which should be 24 hours or less if need be.

Every Pool is Unique... The size and shape of the pool. The amount of water in the pool. The frequency and bather load of the pool and spa. The amount of vegetation surrounding the pool. The temperature that the water is routinely kept at. The climate of your property in Naples can vary from on the water to several miles inland. Working from Marco Island to the Gated Communities of South Naples, Downtown Naples, Port Royal, from Bay Colony to Quail West, to Bonita Bay, we have worked on pools of all shapes and sizes across Greater Naples. On pools that have equipment pads ranging from very simple and straightforward, to significantly complex, and as pictured below. We feel confident and comfortable working on most all residential pools. For clients who are not happy with the regular performance of your pool, we can analyze and identify any issues from the plumbing loop to the pumps, filters, and heaters, we can offer solutions that will result in the optimal performance of your pool.
